Materials in this collection are obtained through an Air Force purchased lease program. At the end of an item's rental period, the library can either keep it or return it to the McNaughton company. The collection is typically used to acquire popular new books, biographies, and bestsellers. The size of the collection varies but is usually around 1900 titles. The check out period is two weeks with renewals allowed. There is a limit of 50 titles of all book types that may be checked out from the library

• Fiction: Around 900 titles. Shelved in the area signed New.
• Nonfiction: Around 350 titles. Shelved in the area signed New.
• Children's Fiction: Around 150 titles. Shelved in the Children's Room.
• Children's Nonfiction: Around 50 titles. Shelved in the Children's Room.
• Audiobooks on CD: Around 250 titles, both fiction and nonfiction. Shelved in the area signed Audio Books.
• Entertainment DVD: Around 200 titles. Shelved in the Video Room.
