Periodical
The library maintains a periodical collection of over 150 titles. Subcollections
include:
- Popular: Around 120 titles. Includes general interest magazines such as Newsweek,
People Weekly, and Consumer Reports. Current issues are shelved in the area
signed Magazines. Older issues are kept from three months to two years depending on
demand, issue frequency, and space. Older issues are shelved in the area signed Back
Issues. Back issues with barcodes may be checked out. The check out period is one week
with renewals allowed. A user may have no more than five issues of a title checked out at
any one time.
